REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • Please allow at least 8 hours for appointment changes or cancellation. No-show appointments or appointments cancelled less than 8 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged the full service price. Please understand that time was reserved for you and it is extremely difficult to fill that time slot with little notice. Thank you for understanding.
  • At least 8 hour notice for group and package bookings is required for all cancellations. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the cost of the service should this policy be disregarded.
  • If you wish to change or postpone your service time and day, please inform us with at least 3 hours ahead of time. Please understand that all of our service providers have a strict schedule.
  • If the service provider has cancelled your appointment, we will try to schedule with another service provider for a different time. If no other service providers are available, a full refund will be issued.
  • All refunds are issued within 48 hours and money will be returned to the payment source.
  • Please note that, MmmBeach is not responsible for any additional fees that your payment provider / bank may charge for the transfer. MmmBeach will refund the exact same amount received for your service.
RESERVATIONS POLICY:
  • Please arrive / be at the beach (service appointment location) with a minimum of 15 minutes in advance.
  • Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next booking.
  • As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm all appointments. You are invited to telephone, as well, prior to your appointment to confirm exact times, services, and ask any questions you may have.
  • We understand that sometimes, being late or no longer being able to attend your appointment is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.
  • As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments at least few hours prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the missed refund.
  • If for any reason, MmmBeach needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given.
PRICES POLICY:
  • All prices for our services include VAT.
  • We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest experience. Although we make every effort to keep our Mobile Application updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
MONETARY POLICY:
  • All Mmmbeach Services require a full pre-payment upon booking. Payments are done electronically and only through MmmBeach Mobile Application.
  • MmmBeach Mobile Application accepts payments via Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS POLICY:
  • Please notify our Service Provide before reserving your service if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant.
  • In the case of certain services, such as massage, fitness, swimming, all clients will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well being in mind.
AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY:
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to book an appointment with MmmBeach. At the same time, you cannot receive services without the approval or accompaniment of an adult / parent.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY POLICY:
  • We do believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your service provider will remain confidential, as will your health history forms.
  • Client lists and personal data lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies.
OTHER TIPS FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:
  • Please do not bring valuables with you; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Remember to rest and drink water before and after a massage or fitness session.
  • Please speak and treat your service provider with respect at all times and try to explain clearly all of your concerns to avoid any conflicts or misunderstanding.
